  1. Do you guarantee your work? 
    Yes—Workmanship varies from 30 days to lifetime depending on type of work.  See "Our Promise" for details.
  2. What geographic areas do you service?
    Southern Mille Lacs County, Western Isanti County, Northern Anoka County, Sherburne County, Northeastern Wright County and Southern Benton County.
  3. Do you offer credit or a payment plan?
    We accept Visa, Master Card, & Discover. We also have financing programs available for equipment replacement (eg. Furnaces, a/c, boilers, etc.)
  4. Do you offer service contracts?
    We offer a Service Partner program for plumbing, heating and/or air conditioning.
  5. How do you deal with scheduled appointments if an emergency service call comes up?
    We will rearrange our schedule if a real emergency arises so that we can take care of the dire situations our clients sometimes get into.
  6. Will you be able to fix my problem during your first visit?
    We have a fully equipped service van and typically resolve repairs during the initial appointment.  If we have to return because we are out of a stock item, there is no additional trip charge.
  7. Do you install or repair water softeners?  Yes.
